Wanting to learn a new skill?
Personalised one-to-one tutoring sessions are available for individuals to discover calligraphy skills. These sessions will cover basic strokes, diverse letterforms, word-structuring and delve into the nuance of finding your own style and flourish, all using a brush pen.
Sessions and progression are tailored to each individual's ability to ensure the best experience possible.

Sessions:
Single session: £30 (1 hour)
Single sessions serve as an opportunity as an introduction to, or for continued development, with the calligraphy brush pen style.
5 session course: £130 (1 hour each)
Throughout the five-session course, individuals will extensively cover foundational strokes, diverse letterforms, word structuring, and delve into the art of refining personal style and flourish. Individuals will receive a complimentary brush pen along with practice sheets for continuous development. Sessions and progression are tailored to each individual's ability to ensure the best experience possible.
Location:
the Bothy Cafe Shipley, or in your own home (dependent upon your location).
Learning calligraphy with Grace is an enjoyable experience each time I have a lesson.

Save money and learn as a group! Groups of up to four, either in your home or at our local cafe host (the Bothy Shipley), you can enjoy our cosy gatherings either for a one-off or a block of lessons.

I couldn't recommend Grace's workshops more. Grace beautifully guided us through the process of learning how to use watercolour paints and how to create calligraphy lettering, all in such a wonderfully relaxed space.
